Our First Aid at Work Blended Course is designed to provide a flexible and comprehensive training experience for individuals looking to become certified in first aid at work. The course is split into two parts: an e-learning component and a practical training component.
The e-learning component consists of six hours of interactive training completed on our online portal. The course covers a range of topics such as CPR, treating unconscious casualties, wounds and bleeding, shock, minor injuries, choking, and more. This component is designed to be completed prior to the practical training component at our centre. Within 24 hours of booking your training, you will receive login details for your online learning, which can be completed on any PC or mobile device. Learners can study at their own pace and log in and out as often as they wish.
The practical training component takes place over two days at our centre and provides hands-on training and assessment of practical skills such as CPR, using automated external defibrillators (AEDs), treating fractures, strains, and sprains, spinal injuries, chest injuries, severe burns and scalds, eye injuries, and more.
Overall, our Blended First Aid at Work Course provides a comprehensive and flexible training option for those looking to become certified in first aid at work. With its combination of online learning and practical training, participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to provide critical care in emergency situations.
